Children's Privacy

Eugene Housing Hub is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

We require all users to provide their date of birth during registration, and we block account creation for anyone who indicates they are under 13 years old. Parents or guardians who believe their child has circumvented this age gate should contact us for removal.
